Each User is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
When creating an account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You undertake to maintain and promptly update this information whenever it changes. The Operator is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to provide accurate registration details.
You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. The Operator will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you unless you have previously reported a security compromise to our support team.
Accounts accessible to players in Pakistan display balances and transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The currency setting is determined at registration and cannot ordinarily be changed after account creation without express written authorisation from the Operator.
The Operator is required to verify the identity of its Users for compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) obligations. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed within the cashier at the time of transaction. The Operator reserves the right to decline any deposit where it has reasonable grounds to do so, including for AML compliance reasons.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible. The Operator does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Standard processing may range from same-day to several business days depending on the payment method and any pending verification requirements.
The Operator reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to source-of-funds evidence — before approving withdrawal requests above defined thresholds. Withdrawal requests may be declined or held where KYC is incomplete, where there is a suspected breach of these Terms, or where AML obligations require further review.
A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the cashier at the time of the withdrawal request. Requests below the stated minimum will not be processed until the balance meets the threshold.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. An administrative fee may be applied to dormant account balances at a rate to be published in the Platform's applicable fee schedule. Users will be notified in advance of any dormancy fee being applied.
All sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables and other wagering products offered through 788vin are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category, which are published within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall take precedence in relation to that product.
The Operator reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager placed by any User at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. A bet is only confirmed and accepted once you receive an explicit confirmation reference from the Platform. Displaying a stake amount in the bet slip does not itself constitute acceptance of the wager.
In the event of a manifest or palpable error in the publication of odds, lines, market descriptions or game configurations — whether arising from human error, technical fault or data feed failure — the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to User accounts. A palpable error is defined as one that a reasonable person would readily recognise as incorrect given the relevant market context.
Dedicated betting markets are available for Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, ICC T20 World Cup matches, bilateral Test and ODI series involving the Pakistan national team, and other international cricket competitions. Market availability, settlement rules and void conditions specific to cricket betting are set out in the cricket betting rules section of the Platform. References to PSL and ICC do not imply any commercial affiliation or endorsement by those organisations.
Live in-play markets are offered on selected events. Odds on in-play markets update in real time and may be suspended without notice during critical moments of play. The Operator accepts no liability for bets placed based on information from external broadcasts, which may be subject to delay relative to actual live event conditions.
From time to time, 788vin may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards and other incentive schemes to registered Users. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with this section.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in the promotion-specific terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered at a minimum of the stated wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount, e.g., 20x, 30x) before any associated winnings may be transferred to the withdrawable balance. During the wagering period, only real-money funds will be used first; Bonus Funds are applied thereafter unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
Not all games contribute equally — or at all — to meeting wagering requirements. Contribution rates for each game category are specified in the promotion terms. Live casino games, jackpot slots and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or may be entirely excluded.
The Operator reserves the right to decline, withdraw or void any bonus and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, wagering in a manner designed to fulfil requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting technical errors to generate bonus credits.
Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the time period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Account without prior notice. It is the User's responsibility to review applicable time limits before accepting any bonus.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 788vin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of the Operator.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting the 788vin support team. Upon receipt of a closure request, the Operator will process any eligible withdrawable balance subject to completion of pending KYC requirements and subject to any open bets being settled. Self-exclusion requests are handled separately under the Responsible Gambling Policy.
The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:
Upon termination by the Operator for cause, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Withdrawable real-money balances will be returned to the User through the standard withdrawal process, subject to AML and KYC compliance requirements being met.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its applicable license. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

Where changes are material, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or a prominent on-site notice prior to the changes taking effect. The date at which these Terms were last reviewed is indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.
